Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or utilizing the web interface or programmatic REST API of OTPMailbox ("the Service", "otpmailbox.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Infrastructure Scope & Purpose
OTPMailbox provides dedicated electronic telecommunications infrastructure, temporary verification mailboxes, and automated receipt protocols designed specifically for software QA testing, CI/CD automated deployment suites, developer prototyping, and privacy-preserving communications.
3. Acceptable Use & Strict Anti-Abuse Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious, deceptive, or abusive utilization of our platform. Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:
- Transmission or facilitating the delivery of unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM).
- Phishing, credential harvesting, unauthorized penetration testing, or hacking attempts.
- Financial fraud, identity impersonation, or circumvention of judicial sanctions.
- Automated account abuse designed to violate third-party platforms' service agreements.
- Any actions intended to degrade, flood, or compromise the operational stability of our routing clusters.
Any detected violation results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and permanent network blacklisting.
4. Wallet Balances & Automated Refund Guarantee
All service operations utilize pre-funded account balance credits in USD:
- Zero Cart Immediate Settlement: Service requests are settled directly and instantly against your available wallet balance.
- Automated 100% Refund Guarantee: If an active verification mailbox does not receive an incoming verification code within its active lease window (maximum 15 minutes), our automated background sweeper immediately terminates the lease and restores 100% of the funds back into your active wallet balance.
- Balance Validity: Pre-funded wallet credits remain valid indefinitely and do not expire.
5. Programmatic REST API & Fair Use
Subscribers using our developer REST API agree to maintain strict confidentiality of their API keys. Rate limits are programmatically enforced to ensure equitable access and network stability. Requests that exceed standard rate limits will receive standard HTTP 429 throttling responses.
6. Third-Party Trademarks & Non-Affiliation
All third-party brand names, domain names, logos, and trademarks (including but not limited to Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, Yahoo) displayed on this platform are property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of any third-party brand is purely for descriptive, technical compatibility purposes and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
7. Infrastructure Availability & SLA
We engineer our systems for high availability and continuous operation. However, delivery speed and message receipt can be influenced by external mail transfer agents (MTAs) and upstream internet routing beyond our network perimeter.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OTPMailbox, its operators, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the unused monetary balance in your account wallet.
9. Governing Law & Inquiries
